I liked how the manager was back and forth from the desk and the shop, involved in the workings of the team. Everyone was very personable which always gets high marks from me. I was in at 9am on a busy Saturday morning and out by 10:30 with oil change and tire rotation.
Went in today for an oil change. I was greeted by Kristen, who was super sweet and welcoming. She was very professional, helpful, and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. Great place. I will definitely go back.
This establishment is very professional! They were pleasant and professional! They showed eagerness to help and willing to help. They payed for our Lift while they looked at my car. We were very hungry and tired from a long drive. They are right on it!

Pioneer Automotive is great, but what really makes the place is their service advisor John! He made sure my experience went smoothly and that I understood everything before doing any work. I've been to a ton of shops that don't take the time to explain things to you and are just looking for you to swipe your card. Not this place! I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. If you've had bad experiences elsewhere, take your car here and I promise it'll make up for it!
