I enjoy doing business with Pioneer. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. And I feel like I’m getting quality service.

Driving in the rain on my way home from a long day on a cold and wet Friday evening, I had a flat tire. Fortunately, I was less than a mile away from Pioneer Automotive, which I pass everyday but had not yet had a reason to go there. Upon entering the business, I was greeted so warmly by Drew and was quickly checked in and invited to relax in their comfortable waiting room. The service was super quick and my experience was terrific! Thanks for turning what could have been a disaster of an evening into a really exceptional experience. Drew was very helpful, oil change and tire rotation done quickly, and was given a thorough run down of maintenance I should consider. I was really impressed because I was able to book my oil change the previous day and they took care of me.
