The people in this shop are the greatest! I came in with a weird battery issue and they took care of me right away. After a few days of working on it, we determined that it was just a bad battery and they replaced it with a great brand. We had a small issue with the amount of work done and the bill, but they took care of me and everything ended up great. A month or 2 later I had another battery problem and they refunded me the battery price, and they absolutely didn't have to. They have gone above and beyond for me and they have earned 100% of all my future business. The people in the office are great to talk to and they keep you updated with everything. Thank you guys for everything y'all do. I hope I don't need to come see you again (don't need any more truck problems), but if I do, I will absolutely go back to Pioneer Automotive.
