I just moved here and am in the process of getting my vehicle registered. Decided to stop at Pioneer to get my state inspection done. The staff is friendly, honest, and polite. There's a sweet little dog that is their "security system" who just watches out the front window too. She is also friendly and polite. All in all, it was a good experience, and I will be taking my vehicles to them should I require to do so in the future.

Came in just a inspector was leaving, they took my anyway and were great!!!

Great automotive repair shop! We've been bringing all of our vehicles to them for years. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. I always feel like they are being completely honest about everything. I trust them with all of our repairs. They also do a great job of communicating while the work is being done.

Love these guys. They do a better job on my Mercedes than the Mercedes Dealership. Dealership in Grapevine made a mess of an oil change, yes a simple oil change. Car was dripping oil for weeks. Never had that problem with Pioneer. Drew and Brian are the best. They never add on services I don't need. They always explain things to me in simple terms but are never condescending. I've gone to them for years, so I've grown to trust them. I know they will not take advantage of me.

This shop and Brian and Drew are great. Honest and reasonable prices. I've brought two vehicles here and am always satisfied with the service and treatment I receive. I recommend these guys highly.

The service here is incredible and they are knowledgeable and quick. They are so courteous and helpful. Brian was especially helpful with helping me get oriented as a new customer. Definitely coming back!
