As of right now this place gets 1 star from me. I took my car in to get the front driver wheel bearing about $400 I get a quote back for other things totaling about $1000. First I took it Thursday at 8:15 and it was not touched all day so I took it back because I am a full time student and work full time. I go back Saturday to try again at 8:00 a.m. told it might not be until the end of the day, I asked if I could make an appointment and I was brushed off and shown that it'll be done today and I just agreed because I don't want to cause problems. I get a text message about the inspection and call them immediately. After telling them I wanted to go ahead and get it done I asked if it would be done by today and he said he'd have to ask the technician. I never got a call back. 5:15 I show up and they put in a faulty part because it is throwing up lights. My whole issue is I can't leave my car. They said they are going to have to put on a new one so I said okay and he just stared at me for a second so I asked how long it takes to replace a wheel bearing and lying straight to my face he says 4-5 hours. I have had to replace wheel bearings on different vehicles and I know it takes 30-45min. To top it off they had no usable loaners for me to take. And I can't grab it until Monday. When I go back Monday at 8a.m. it better be ready to go or I'm just going to take it and fix the electrical issue myself. The only reason I took it here is because I don't have the tools to pack a wheel bearing. Otherwise I'd have my car by now and not have missed 2 days of work. If I don't get some sort of discount for this I am leaving this as 1 star and I'll spread word of mouth that these guys are only good for simpler things like oil changes and state inspections. Unless they own up to this I'm going to be taking any future car work elsewhere. Sorry y'all They're trying to make it right, so I'll up this rating. At the end of it these people went above and beyond to make this right and then some. Thank you for doing what you could
