Who walks in, to get their car repaired, with a big smile on their face? NOT me. Will has fantastic “under the hood” manners! I was most impressed with his down played confidence in the work they do at Pioneer. I told him I was going to get another bid/opinion - he didn’t send me away with normal things like “you’ll be back” which I hate - it’s like a challenge and it makes me NOT want to go back. He didn’t bad mouth other shops - he just said “ask them about their warranty”. After my second bid - I took the car back to Pioneer for the work late on Thursday. I needed my car the following Saturday at noon. They finished up early on Friday exceeding my expectations! Great job everyone from the front office and throughout the garage!
