Pioneer had been able to help me when the dealership did not come up with a solution. The personnel is friendly and welcoming and cost is not more than other shops, what I have seen. Their techs are possible to talk to for advice about what is reasonable to do and spend to solve the problems that may exist. They are straight forward and do what's agreed on. I would recommend a visit if your current shop does not live up to your expectations.

I stopped by yesterday to see if Pioneer works on Mini Coopers. I was told they did and to simply bring the car by any time it was convenient for me. So, after lunch, I dropped it off. I was told it would be about an hour before they could get to it so they order a Lyft, which they paid for, to take me home. Less than an hour later, they texted me that the car was good to go! I will not hesitate to take my cars to Pioneer going forward. Including my 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. Pioneer was, simply said, awesome!
