The overall experience was excellent! They greeted me and got me into the system right away. They had to order parts, as well as, deal with warranty repairs on my car and that was handled quickly. I would recommend Pioneer Automotive to anyone!
Great place. The service counter crew are easy to communicate with and able to translate the technobabble of modern autos to the lay person. They are polite and respectful to women. The service techs are expert at diagnosing the problems of our newer cars and the older models that require more intuition than a computer hookup to diagnose. Highly recommended.
