I just happened to stop by Pioneer because a maintenance light was on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They checked my vehicle and fixed a minor issue quickly and complimentary. The manager made me feel very welcomed, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service which I thought was dead until now.
