This was our first time coming here, and Steven was quick to diagnose the issue, ordered the parts, and had it fixed by the end of the day. Steven was quite possibly one of the greatest service representatives I have EVER had the pleasure to deal with. Steven was kind from the get go and made me feel like I wanted to be friends outside of business, I felt like he actually cared about me and my issue and that I was more than just another number walking through the door but an actual person. I think I won 'most annoying customer' award with how much Steven ended up having to work with me but he got me all taken care of better than I even asked. Took car in not knowing exactly what the problem was. They discovered very shortly what the problem and did the research to find a reasonable price for the replacement tires we needed to resolve the problem. All the staff we interacted with were very personable, helpful and friendly!

I had a small issue with my car and wasn’t able to do anything with it until I got home from work, at which point most auto repair places were going to be closing soon and wouldn’t be able to help. I called Pioneer Auto and Drew was very friendly and professional and told me I could at least bring my car in to have them look at it to see if they could do anything before closing. Within an hour of their closing time, they were able to find the issue and get it resolved, which I really appreciated. Xavier was also very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was very impressed with their service and I now recommend this place whenever friend or family need work done on their car. I’ll probably be using this place for any other car trouble in the future.

Amazing not only did they make the environment welcoming and safe, they also made it feel fun. I had an oil change and instead of making me wait 30 mins they made me a top priority and it is at a killer deal. I look forward to going back for my next oil change and all my automotive issues
