I literally just stopped in to get a quick state inspection. I let the gentleman behind the counter know that the fob's battery was dead, so he'd half to press it to the start button to start the car. Dude sits there and literally changes the fob's battery out, and then proceeds to quickly do the inspection. Didn't charge me anything extra. Just did it out of sheer kindness. I know it's a small thing, but that small gesture just won these guys my business for a long, long time. I appreciate the gesture, man.
