Brought my truck in for an issue I was having with my front left brake overheating. They replaced both calipers which, unfortunately, did not fix the issue. However, the staff worked with me until the issue was fixed. They stand behind their work and the customer service was excellent.

Had a set of tires mounted and balanced. Also performed an alignment afterwards on my truck. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs or parts. Aways work hard but never rush, making sure everything is done right. It’s hard to find a “measure-twice, cut once” operation in the tire industry, but these guys are first class.

Always able to courteously work us into their schedule at a very fair price. Twice now they have fixed work that other well known shops in the area have repeatedly done incorrectly. Appreciate Pioneer Automotive!
