These guys are great! They're courteous, knowledgeable, quick and super friendly!! I do not like going to auto repair shops alone, I'm intimidated and think I'll be overcharged. I'm completely comfortable here and they are really really nice to me.

Pioneer Automotive just saved me! It was raining outside and my windshield wipers went haywire, and luckily I made it to Pioneer with some Rain-X. They were busy and said they probably couldn't get to my car today, but that they would take a quick look to see what the problem was. I was very upset because I knew I was going to be out of a car and didn't know what I was going to do, and they looked and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem within a matter of minutes! And then I was afraid it would be a super expensive repair but it was only $9! I can't believe everything is okay! I'm so super grateful for Pioneer, and I'll be coming here for everything from now on. Thank you so much!!!!

Drew was very nice and accommodating. He was wonderful with my children and the shop did a great job on both of my vehicles. The maintenance was performed quickly and thoroughly and they were even able to fulfill my out of state needs for emissions and registration. I highly recommend this shop!

My cars will never go anywhere else! They have continually impressed me with the speed of their work, the prices they charge and their professionalism. They don't work on commission which makes me feel better since almost every shop in town does. I am a loyal customer to Pioneer!!!! Thank you!!

My ordinary mechanic told me he did not have the resources to fix my vehicle, instead he referred me to a mechanic in Carrollton. However my vehicle was barely drivable so I needed to find a local mechanic or pay a hefty tow price. I spotted Pioneer on the way home one day and decided to check the reviews and I thank God. I went there. They're fast, affordable and do great work! Most of all they're good people!

The will FOREVER be my go to place for my car. Earlier this year I had some issues with my Jetta and they fixed it twice, but unfortunately the engine blew shortly after repairs. It had nothing to do with them as they did excellent work. I was so sad as I loved my jetta (it was very dear to me, as it was my mother in law's car before she passed). A few months passed and I found a cash car ( 2000 Mercedes Benz E320) that I fell in love with. Even though it was an older car, I have not had any issues... Fast forward to yesterday, I was on my way home from McKinney and my car was acting as if it wanted to cut off. I initially ignored it, but it continued, especially when I made turns or would accelerate after a light/stop. I knew I needed to go to the shop, but I had no extra funds for any big repairs. Mind you, I have yet to go Christmas shopping for my boys. I dropped my car off around 2:30 and wished for the best. I got a call later on saying there were lots of codes from my diagnostic and they didn't know where to begin... I worried all night and half the morning about my car and was trying to figure out how I was going to pay for these repairs. Around 2:00 I got a call saying that they cleared everything and my car was ready to go. I went to pick up my car and he handed me my keys and said merry Christmas. I didn't understand. I said "merry Christmas as well, but how much do I owe you?" He said "You are good to go. Merry Christmas!". I almost cried! I am not even sure what they did, but I am so thankful. I thanked them a million times and gave them the little change I had to buy a drink. This is such a blessing!! I had a rough year health wise and was not in the Christmas spirit, but this definitely put me in the spirit. To the Pioneer Family: THANK YOU! You have a customer for life
