Recently made an appt. for an oil change. I was there early and out of there quickly, oil all changed and ready to start my Saturday. Great job!

My A/C broke down. Ford Dealer charged $90 for the inspection and told me it would be $1200 for repairs. Took the car to Pioneer for a second opinion. $45 for the inspection. $620 to repair. The customer service guy was very helpful. I'll definitely be coming here again.

I hate doing anything with my car, because I usually leave feeling stupid and taken advantage of. Not here. Pleasant. Painless. Reasonable cost. Didn't look for ways to fleece me.i drive a 2005.... I know other places would have told me much more needed to be done. Will definitely be back

I would just like to say that Pioneer Automotive is, by far, the best mechanic shop I have EVER been to in Denton. I have experienced nothing but excellence every single time I have ever been there. The owners and staff are amazing and I am treated with respect and gratitude each time I go. Omg I really love this place they are so friendly and they get the job done right and the prices are really good. Gotta say they are number #1 I would come to them if something wrong with my car. I recommend ever one to check them out.

Every time I took my vehicle to them they are courteous and quick with the repairs and might i add fair I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Pioneer offers great service at reasonable prices. We tried pioneer for the first time about a year ago, and the experience was so positive that we rely on the Pioneer guys for all of our auto maintenance needs. My husband and I both drive Mercedes-Benz autos, and we have found Pioneer to be extremely capable and knowledgeable regarding the repair and maintenance of both cars. My dad taught me that car mechanics was a classic seller's market. You often have no way of understanding the problem they're fixing and you desperately need your car...so they can charge you pretty much whatever they want. When the fuel lines on my 2012 VW popped out, I had no way of knowing whether there was a hole in the tank or a permanent issue with the lines. Pioneer could have charged me thousands. Guess what? They popped the lines back in for free. FREE! I will never take my car anywhere else in Denton. Please take your car to Pioneer, too, and make sure this business gets the good karma it deserves.

This is a great shop. I always get great service. I had a hard to find electrical problem that they found and repaired quickly.
